1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TopBudgetMove's website (topbudgetmove.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Description of Services

TopBudgetMove provides long distance moving services across the continental United States, including:

• Full truck moving service (26-foot truck, 2,000 cubic feet)
• Professional loading and unloading
• Direct transportation to destination
• Basic furniture disassembly and reassembly
• Standard liability coverage

Additional services such as packing, specialty item handling, and storage are available for an extra fee.

3. Pricing and Payment

Flat Rate Pricing

Our standard flat rate of $7,000 covers full truck service for moves over 500 miles within the continental United States. This rate includes:

• Use of entire 26-foot truck (2,000 cu ft capacity)
• Professional loading at origin
• Direct transportation (no warehouse stops)
• Professional unloading at destination
• Basic furniture disassembly/reassembly
• Standard liability coverage

Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

• Professional packing services
• Packing materials
• Specialty item handling (pianos, antiques, etc.)
• Flights of stairs (beyond first floor without elevator)
• Long carry distances (beyond 75 feet from truck)
• Storage services

Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required to secure your moving date
• Final payment is due upon delivery
• We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and certified checks

4. Booking and Cancellation

Booking Your Move

To book your move, you must provide:

• Accurate contact information
• Complete origin and destination addresses
• Preferred moving date
• Accurate description of items to be moved

Cancellation Policy

• More than 7 days before move: Full refund of any deposit
• 3-7 days before move: 50% of deposit may be retained
• Less than 3 days before move: Deposit is non-refundable

Rescheduling

Moves may be rescheduled at no additional cost with at least 3 days notice, subject to availability.

5. Customer Responsibilities

As our customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about items to be moved
• Ensure all items are properly prepared for moving
• Be present (or have a representative present) at pickup and delivery
• Disclose any items requiring special handling
• Ensure clear access for the moving truck at both locations
• Not include prohibited items in your shipment

Prohibited Items

We cannot transport:

• Hazardous materials (explosives, flammables, corrosives)
• Perishable food items
• Plants
• Pets or live animals
• Illegal substances
• Cash, jewelry, or irreplaceable documents (not recommended)

6. Liability and Insurance

Standard Liability Coverage

All moves include basic liability coverage at $0.60 per pound per article, as required by federal regulations.

Full Value Protection

Additional full value protection is available for purchase. Under this option, the mover is liable for the replacement value or repair of lost or damaged items.

Claims Process

• Claims must be filed in writing within 9 months of delivery
• We will acknowledge claims within 30 days
• Claims will be resolved within 120 days of receipt

Limitations

We are not liable for:

• Items packed by owner (PBO) unless damage is due to our negligence
• Pre-existing damage
• Damage due to acts of God, war, or other circumstances beyond our control
• Items not listed on the inventory

7. Delivery Terms

Delivery Window

We provide estimated delivery windows based on distance:

• 500-1,000 miles: 3-5 business days
• 1,000-2,000 miles: 5-7 business days
• 2,000+ miles: 7-10 business days

These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, traffic, or other factors.

Delivery Notification

We will contact you 24-48 hours before delivery to confirm timing and access arrangements.

8. Website Use

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of TopBudgetMove and protected by copyright laws.

Permitted Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes to:

• Learn about our services
• Request quotes
• Book moving services
• Contact us with inquiries

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to access the site
• Copy or reproduce our content without permission

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact us first to resolve the issue
2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, we agree to attempt mediation
3. Arbitration: Binding arbitration in accordance with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopBudgetMove's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific moving service giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal laws, including the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations.
